INDICATIONS
- Generalised congestion and oedema.
- Oedema of sheath.
- Anasarca.
- Oedema in allergic conditions.
- Sheath swelling, chronic/ pathological/ physical edema, and insect bites.
DOSAGE
- For oral administration via drinking water.
- Adult cattle and horses: 2g/ 25-50kg body weight. Administer double the dose on the first day compared to the second and third days.
Contra-indications:
- Contraindications related to the presence of dexamethasone include: advanced pregnancy, infectious processes, diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, glaucoma, senility, and renal or cardiac disorders.
- Contraindications related to the presence of hydrochlorothiazide include: hypersensitivity to thiazides or sulfonamides, anuria, or pregnancy.
Withdrawal period:
- Meat: 06 days.
- Milk: 03 days.
STORAGE
- Store at a dry and cool place, at below 30oC, protect from light.
